San Sebastian will make your stay enjoyable, walk to Avalon Beach in 10 minutes for a morning swim and takeaway coffee, or a 5 minute walk to the protected Village Beach, with a kids playground, cafe and local grocer store. Just perfect!
The location
Short 5 min walk to local Cafe and Alfresco dining plus a local IGA & Liquor store for your grocery needs. 3 min walk to football field and 10 min walk to beautiful Avalon Beach.
Central Mandurah is just a 10 minute drive with all your summer family fun available! Restaurants, parks, bars & swimming are all available at Dolphin Quay! & don’t forget to stop by the local Falcon Bay beach for the best arvo fish & chips!
Avalon Beach and reef are really good surf spots with consistent waves year for all levels, only short walk away. for those who prefer wind assistance the kite surfing and foiling are world class and there is no shortage of wind every day. Boat launching can take place in a few different spots however closest is across the way at Port Bouvard Marina. There is obviously plenty to do for all preference so boredom is certainly not something that you will experience here in our lovely neighborhood.
